Iron Ore

Iron ores are rocks and minerals from which metallic iron can be economically extracted. Iron ores that carry a high quantity of hermatite or magnetite can be fed directly into blast furnaces in the iron production industry. Ninety-eight percent of mined iron is used to make steel.
