Raw Sugar

Raw Sugar is minimally processed cane sugar. Unlike white or brown sugar, it has a high molasses content. Use as an alternative to white or brown sugar. Raw sugar is the product of the first stage of the cane sugar refining process, and as a result it has some very distinctive characteristics.
