Yeast extract bouillon organic

Yeast Bouillon is a culture medium which was developed to detect contaminations by yeasts and molds. Besides turbidity and sediment formation, yeasts often show a clearly visible color change of the culture medium from violet to yellow.It can be stored in properly closed tight tub in a cool dry place.

Fine grained pale yellow powder with vegetable pieces, which results in a clear broth during preparation.
